Senior Member BigBill1234 Posted August 12, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 12, 2009 Does an adverse reaction to minoxidil include little red pimple like things? If I am getting these should I stop using it? BB
Senior Member mmhce Posted August 17, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 17, 2009 Unless you have had a transplant, in which case the pimples are due to hair growth. In itself minoxidil can irritate the scalp by drying it out. This is due to the alcohol in the product. You can soothe the area with folligen or some other such product. take care... Senior Member aaron1234 Posted August 17, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 17, 2009 I tried the Rogaine Foam for over a month. But my skin is somewhat sensitive and it irritated my scalp and caused my ears to begun extremely dry and red. Weirdest thing. So I had to stop it and move on with Fin alone. How long have you been on Minox? Rick Pauling
with Fin alone. How long have you been on Minox I would use the formula that contain glycerin instead of propylene glycol.
