Regular Member alex85 Posted May 25, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted May 25, 2021 (edited) After my successful hair transplant, a friend of mine is also interested. Before he steps to a clinic; is he a candidate (also in terms of donor)? He mainly wants to fill the crown and possibly add density the front. How many grafts are you thinking of? Senior Member 1978matt Posted May 25, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted May 25, 2021 (edited) Hard to tell with hair that short but probably a candidate. With his hair that short it looks like he's got a decent head shape to pull off short styles. Rather than try to address the crown, I'd sort the front hairline first with 2500 grafts. If thats a success, then start to think about the crown. Senior Member hairlossPA Posted May 25, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted May 25, 2021 based on the picture with longer hair, to restore the crown and that completely bare spot, I would estimate close to 3k grafts
Regular Member Dr. Neil Verma Posted May 26, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted May 26, 2021 Definitely a candidate. Good donor bank. Needs approx 4.5K grafts to fill the crown and restore the anterior hairline.
