This is a 45 year old gentleman who had his FUE HT done in AUG 2020 . He is a NW4 with a family history of the same. His donor area is good with good hair calibre. We did a procedure to target the frontal areas and to add some density to the crown.  Photos were taken at around 8 months from surgery. Patient placed on finasteride 1 mg alternate days. 

Surgical details:

FUE 0.9 mm punch

Hairline 427 refined single hairs

3000 multiple grafts

Total: 3427 with an average of 2.18 hairs/graft. 

Sites made using 0.8 mm and 1.4 mm Sapphire blades.
