Senior Member TorontoMan Posted March 16, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted March 16, 2021 Wait until 4 weeks after your hair transplant to start using minoxidil, Then you’ll need to use it every day. You could start finasteride and likely should have considered it before your hair transplant. Start finasteride at a lower dose of 0.25mg every day, after a few months if you are tolerating it well, increases the dosage to 0.5mg or 1mg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
