How many Grafts do i need

Hello Guys, 

first of all, thank you for this Forum, 

here is George from Germany, and i don‘t have a big experience, I’ve visited 3 Clinics in order to figure out how many Grafts i need for my Crown Region, i have hair loss only in these region since about 7 years ago, it is not too significant but it bothers me alot, and i am confused because every Clinic said another Opinion. 
what do you think, how many Grafts do I need, and should i undergo FUE or FUT

I am also interested, your situation looks similar to mine. I wonder if Finasteride would be enough to recover that area

Hard to say if you should go FUT or FUE.  It depends on your long term goals and donor area density, laxity etc. 

You probably need about 1500 grafts, possibly more.  I would think as if that area was completely bald and do: square CM of bald area x 30 grafts
