Baldingdirtyblonde
Im looking to book hair transplant as perfect time to disguise whilst working at home. I still have 2-3 hours video calls a day. Was hoping Toppik could hide ugly duckling phase from week 2/3 on as for to my profession I want maximum discretion. Im looking at ASMED who said I had to wait until 6 months after surgery? Is this a common opinion? If I use a lot sooner will it damage grafts?
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted June 15, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 15, 2020 It differs from clinic to clinic. I would say a general rule of thumb is 3 months, but always follow your clinics instructions. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. Senior Member 1978matt Posted June 16, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted June 16, 2020 I think my guidelines were 3 weeks on the recipient area. Provided your scabs have gone and it is all healed I can't see any issue. Just wash it off at night. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
