Senior Member azn_guy Posted April 8, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 8, 2010 It's been 2 months and I'm starting to see growth. One thing I noticed is the hair that is growing in is not thin and wispy at all. I am sure it's normal but wanted to see who else here has experienced non-wispy growth. I've read several post where it is expected to have baby/wispy hair first, then thickness. So I'm surprised this is happening. Senior Member hair_me_out Posted April 8, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 8, 2010 Some of mine came in whispy and some didn't. I can't say why... My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Hasson

Senior Member Fingers Crossed Posted April 9, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 9, 2010 I second that...I have a mixture of whispy and stronger looking hairs. I'm almost 11 weeks post-op. You're going to have an awesome result. Senior Member Megatron Posted April 12, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 12, 2010 I think I've noticed some of my new hairs are thicker than others. I don't think any of them are quite as thick as my natural hair though. How dense is your new growth? Mine are quite far apart. I'm also 2 months as you know so it's nothing to worry about, of course. Just curious if you're seeing good density already. Senior Member badger_01 Posted April 12, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 12, 2010 Yeah..the texture of my hair continued to change substantially well beyond 8 months when most of the new hair had come in. - badger 3279 grafts with Dr Gabel - 06/12/08 My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Gabel
