Anyone use scalp messaging brush?

I've started using a scalp messaging brush when I wash my hair , which is about 3 times a week now. I notice alot of hair fall in the shower on the brush after messaging. Could it be build up of hair shed from only washing it 3 times a week?

How vigorously are you using it?

If you are not using it to firmly and see a bunch of hairs shedding...it’s likely normal as you are increasing blood circulation to the scalp and follicles and the weak ones are being pushed out. I noticed this happening to me as I too purchased a scalp massager a few months ago, an electric one, to give it a try and I did and occasionally still do see fine vellus hairs shedding when I use it...I have seen new stronger hairs growing in my crown though so I use it 2-3 days a week after applying Minox to get it into the follicles better. It also helped remove my dandruff and dry flakes so that a plus.
