Senior Member gillenator Posted June 18, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted June 18, 2022 Many clinics and doctors will advise their patients to remove the crusts approximately 10-14 days post-op and it is usually noted in their post-op care instructions…most advocate removing them in the shower using shampooing suds and lukewarm water…once the crusts soften, they can be removed by using your fingertips to begin rubbing them off.
