Many clinics and doctors will advise their patients to remove the crusts approximately 10-14 days post-op and it is usually noted in their post-op care instructions…most advocate removing them in the shower using shampooing suds and lukewarm water…once the crusts soften, they can be removed by using your fingertips to begin rubbing them off.

Hi I got small bump, initially it started as pimple and now it developed into bump. is it common? it's been almost 1 month.

Bump is not hard, it is soft as if it will burst if i poke with needle.

currently i am using antibiotics, anti bacterial wipes and warm compression to keep my scalp more hygenie @Dr Amit Gupta

Yes it is quite common, keeping the area clean is the best thing to be doing, the warm compress will help and it will resolve soon.
