Hi I got small bump, initially it started as pimple and now it developed into bump. is it common? it's been almost 1 month. Bump is not hard, it is soft as if it will burst if i poke with needle. currently i am using antibiotics, anti bacterial wipes and warm compression to keep my scalp more hygenie @Dr Amit Gupta
