I watched an interview with him on TV the other night and he explained how he used to wear a wig. interesting?? It's a shame propecia and transplants weren't around/very good back then. He said how he felt much better after just shaving it off and accepting it. Patrick Stewart used to wear a wig too, but he looks spot on with the shaved look. Credit to him for his sheer honesty throughout various subjects in his autobiography. It couldnt have been an easy decision, and once made, there was no going back!
