Senior Member gillenator Posted September 20, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted September 20, 2019 You want to give it more time and it's also possible that you may have shedded some native hair after starting the medication. Low dose finasteride is most effective in the crown and mid-scalp but not as much in the frontal core. So if you can maintain what you have in your crown and minimize future loss, you will stay ahead and also establish a more stable platform for surgery. Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted September 21, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 21, 2019 Try microneedling and minoxidil as well. You still have a decent amount of hair. I suggest using hair fibers, your hair would look so much better. You could even find a skilled barber who can do stuff like this. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network.
