HT0416 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 What is a successful hair transplant? Multi hair grafts in the frontal hairline? on every website about HT it says single hair grafts should only be placed in the frontal area to get a natural look. is this negligence from the doctor if you do find multi hair grafts in the frontal area?
Senior Member gillenator Posted December 28, 2018 Senior Member Posted December 28, 2018 I concur that only single hair grafts should be used in the commencement of the new hairline. Having said that, there are some cases where the color contrast is low and the degree of caliber is more thin that mixing in a few 2 hair grafts here and there can potentially be used. But it's the high caliber dark pigmented hair that really stands out visually speaking and using anything other than singles can stick out like a sore thumb.
