i'm over 41, isn't the hair loss suppose to stabilize sometime?

here are current pictures right after shampooing and combing the hair so you could look at the situation more clearly.

are the temples looks ok?

there is kinda a spare in the middle of the hairline that driving me crazy, i don't know if it's in the hairline itself of just behind it. but the last month i feel pain in that area so hope for it to fill up and good things there.

all the pictures under harsh light and flash on purpose.

here is another dilemma, i need to have a haircut, should i have a proper one or to shave the scalp to number 1 or something so i can look at the grafts more clearly from the skin?

maybe it will be 500 for the front and 2000 for the crown and that will leave me some more.

I can see wanting to get a bit more in the center of that hairline. I think I'd be looking at doing the same thing you're thinking about, which is 500 to thicken the front and 2000 in the crown.

Hey BeHappy,

yea, that's what i'm thinking about and in that way i will leave more grafts for the future.

did you have a HT? can you share details?

If the men in your family history have more extensive loss in the crown, then that's probably where you are headed especially if you choose to not use low dose finasteride.

I was talking with the clinic and they say the donor looks excellent, like we almost never touched it, so that good news and we can use 2500 grafts or even more for the mid scalp+crown.

probably will do it in 2 months, so it will be about 12.5 months post the HT.

attached some pictures of the mid scalp+crown area.

what do you think guys cause that redness? kinda painful and itching.
