I can't take Propecia because of the sides, and for the last two weeks have been using one of these shampoos. I know it'll take at least three months to see any results. They may make your scalp healthier which can help with hair overall. I do mot think they limit dht as they claim but may help keep scalp healthier vs harsh shampoos.
