raadisson
Any recommendations for doctors who specialize in raising the hairline after HT placed too low?
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted July 25, 2018 Administrators Share Posted July 25, 2018 Honestly, all of our pre-screened surgeons are capable of repairing a low hairline. However, the philosophy on how to go about the repair will differ from surgeon to surgeon. I suggest consulting with one of our recommended surgeons and gather a plethora of professional opinions. Senior Member Sean Posted July 25, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted July 25, 2018 When it comes to repair, you have to be quite careful in selecting an ethical and honest doctor. A doctor that does not try to put words in your mouth or distance themselves. A doctor that does not look out for you, but rather themselves and their own image/brand is not a good option. I simply do not think there are a whole lot of honest folks. As a repair case myself, everything has been tough. From a few folks that spoke about their repairs to me, Dr Wong from Vancouver was mentioned many times. Heard he takes care of his staff and patients really well. Heard he is quite honest and takes his work seriously. It may be worthwhile getting consult from him. I have not had any work done from him. I wish there was a way to turn back time. You definitely do not want to live a nightmare. Honesty seems rare in this industry. Good documentation, good emails, and etc can really help you in the long run. If hairline was place lower than what was discussed, you do have the option of contacting your local medical board and the FTC. The more cases they receive, the powerful they are with fining any party that does harm. Best of luck and I really hope you get this sorted right away. Some folks have been trying to get repaired for many years from the damage caused.
