Advice needed for 31 year old male

Hi everyone, I have been losing hair since I was 20 years old and I'm 31 now.

 

I'm looking to do a HT in thailand as it's only an hour's flight away from my country.

 

I have read up on the pros and cons of FUT and FUE, but I still don't know which to choose.

 

Based on my pictures, which technique do you recommend?

 

I'm also an athlete, so I don't wish to be out of action for too long.

Start Propecia and see how things improve. Your hair looks fine as of now. If after 6-12 months of Propecia use, you're still unhappy, you can think about HT.

Your hair is not bad at all, I recommend trying minoxidil and propecia for at least a year. However, it is doubtful that you will be satisfied with the front, have you consulted with any doctors?
