The hairs that stay wiry and kinky

So a year and 2 months out of my transplant, I've noticed that a lot of the hairs that grew are still very coarse, with and don't match my normal charactistics.

Anyone else have an issue with this?

It can take 18 months to 2 years for some hairs to soften. Once they go through a full growth cycle and a new hair starts growing again from the follicle, the new hair will usually be less kinky.

I agree. It may take several full hair cycles for the hair to straighten out.
