Regular Member Bobdillan01 Posted December 25, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted December 25, 2016 I had a fut procedure just over a month ago. The back of my head is pretty well hidden but it looks a little rough on both the left and the right sides. It's not the end of the world but it looks a bit concerning to me. Should I contact the doctor or is this normal? My head is still pretty pink but I expected that.
Senior Member Sean Posted December 26, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted December 26, 2016 Yes, keep an eye on it. Document this well. Too early to tell the outcome but monitor it well and if the issue is still there at 9 month mark then it may be a concern. Right now all you can do is wait and see. Senior Member gillenator Posted December 27, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted December 27, 2016 Definitely looks like shock loss which is typical at 4-6 weeks post-op. On average, it will take 3-4 months from now for it to fill back in and it should... no reason why it would not. Congrats on your recent procedure....
