Senior Member hsrp10 Posted December 3, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted December 3, 2016 This is my second favorite Lupanzula case, really like the density as the patient can wear his hair combed back and in fact the transplanted hair looks thicker than his frontal tuft that was left untouched. go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)

Bill - Seemiller
This is indeed another excellent example of Dr. Lupanzula's work and hair transplant results. I see that he's been using Rogaine twice daily after his procedure but nothing before. Given his young age of 25, does he have any intention of using Propecia/finasteride? Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member Dr. Lupanzula Emorane Posted May 5, 2017 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 5, 2017 Hi Bill. We always encourage the use of finasteride but many patients do not wish to take advantage of this particular medical treatment due to the potential for side effects. He may switch eventually to the topical finasteride gel that we are now prescribing if he decides to reconsider. Dr Lupanzula E.
