jmg7184
I had my transplant with Dr. Rahal on Feb. 9. Around day 8 or so, I started losing scabs and some of them had hairs attached. Never any blood or pain. I'm pretty sure this is normal. Anyone?
Senior Member Leeson Posted February 20, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2009 It's normal. I thought Rahal patients usually had scabs for several weeks due to his post-op care. My Hair Loss Website - Dr. Hasson
jmg7184
Thanks. I had to go back to work after a week and I was really wanting the scabs to loosen up. I kept the washing regime up, and recently started gently massaging the scabs with my fingertips. Mostly decided it was okay to do that after reading numerous posts on the forum.
