The only legit solutions as of now: Loss Prevention: finasteride (more permanent) minoxidil (great short-term. not so much in a few years, in my experience) Hair Gains: FUT or FUE Transplant from a REPUTABLE doctor. I went with FUE. (no scar) Beyond effective. Life changing decision, in the right direction.
