  1. Hi guys I am sure its a scam but did anyone hear about this scam pill The Health Report - Columbia University Researcher's Groundbreaking Hair Growth Discovery what a poor website filled with such low evidence and ripped off pictures
  2. i did not know Dr Hasson does FUE, I assume that will cost alot as their FUT costs alot compared to others. I wonder if they do big scale FUE like 4500 grafts or not!
  3. hi everyone do you think this is snake oil Home - Hairegen i am losing faith in a real hair loss solution for us, as hair loss has been since beginning of time and no cure for it. Then come companies and start banking on our hopes for a solution anyone tried this device? I am skeptical
  4. Greetings Anyone have an idea what long hair FUE is, and how it compares to regular FUE what is the benefit from doing a long hair FUE? do the long hair FUE shed like in regular FUE? does it cost the same ? thanks
  5. I have been away for a couple of years and I have few questions 1- who are the top FUE doctors recommended by HTN site 2- among those recommended who is known to work on advanced bald people 3- who has the best prices per graft
  6. honestly i can not see anything wrong with the HT, what is needed is a clear picture so we can understand all this negativity, a picture is worth more than a thousand words you write, since u paid for a HT then I assume you have a great phone with a good cam, so not posting a good pic is not sitting well with me. I hope you post a clear picture so we can support you
  7. i am really not knowing how to feel about this, i was planning to have a surgery with dr dogany and now i put a brake on it that decision are there more cases like this, and where can i read that dr dogany recommendation has been withdrawn the reasons for that decision
  8. guys i am confused so this result is posted by the doctor or by the patient himself here
  9. when i read your thread i realized that maybe for high NW 5-6 its really a bad idea to undergo surgery unless you implant at least 8000 grafts this thread totally blew my confidence in FUE for nw 5-6 with a supply of 4500-5000 grafts I think i should look back into hair systems or micro pigmentation as whats the use of having your own hair grow out but not achieving a good looking hair style i am not discouraging you but I feel that your honest share of results should be an awareness for many other that get unrealistic results from hair clinics or patients that were just a lucky few with good results. i hope you will have a great result in the end, but your thread is leading me into deep thinking what path shall i choose
  10. it might be a good solution but we need more info and case reviews how can we get more info
  11. if only transplanted hairs would not shed that would be awesome, can this be achieved some day
  12. please don't misunderstand me I think I am at the same level of your baldness but I do a comb over with toppik. I was wondering how many grafts you had, as again please don't misunderstand me I think your result after one year is a little low density especially at the hairline. I am seriously not trying to critique your result but if the outcome of the HT in reality is like this for my same baldness level then I think I need to reconsider the whole HT thing, as I prefer to do SMP or wear a hair system.
  13. unfortunately shaving bald is not an option for me, i think i will try to design a wig with one of the internet online stores that look my comb over with toppik that I can use for only one hour in a month. If the hair system does not look like my comb over then i need to figure out another way. i just realised for my join date on this forum that I have been positioning my Ht for about 7 years just because I can't figure out how to hide a HT procedure.
  14. the idea is to get past the ugly duggling phase, and this can be good idea for people who hide their hairloss by making a comb over with toppik i for example hide my hairloss by doing a complicated comb over and then apply toppik and so far no one figured out i am bald so if i can create a hair system that kinda looks similar to my hair style and use it only once a month i will be so going forward with my HT in my line of work where I have annoying work colleagues if they figure it out they will keep looking and staring, and between them will ridicule me for it. Somehow I wish I never used toppik then things would have been much easier, as using toppik trapped me in fooling everyone I have hair
  15. for me I still find that the only good results I saw are for NW2-4 balding people, while NW5 -6 usually had results that esthetically look not impressive or good, although the NW 5-6 are the ones who usually beg for good results. i think we are still not having achieved our goals for bald men, and by bald men I mean NW 5-6 and we are light years away from getting there. i think just depending on the hair that you have on your back will never produce a good looking effect for high Norwoods
  16. I was wondering how come no one thought about a strategy how to handle the situation of not being able to wear a hat at work after the HT, especially for people who cant hide their operation due to the fact that hey don't have enough hair to hide the operational area especially in the front, or rely on comb overs and toppik. I was wondering why no clinic can look into this seriously and offer solutions, like for example the clinic will work with a hair system company in designing a hair system that looks like the person hair before the operation, or for those who do a comb over with toppik, might also benefit. They can design for them a unit that can be attached by clips and not glue that looks like the person's hair before the operation. I think clinics should look into the matter of how to hide operational signs especially that the ugly duggling phase in the most worrying phase a person can go through I myself am holding off for so many years from doing an operation because simply I cant wear a hat to work. I currently use a comb over and toppik to cover my baldness, so really some clinic should be more innovative in offering solutions to people like me or who are in similar situations. In my case I only need a system that looks like my hair, where I do a comb over and use toppik, and I only need it for 1 hours once a month. But no clinic helped me in offering a complete package that can help me in concealing my operation What are your thoughts???
  17. i am confused why not chose permanent smp as they do it at HIS whats the catch here? One thing I think of if your hair become grey or white and you get a permanent SMP how can you deal with that is there a grey ink that can be used in such cases
  18. Can I ask why you said scalp pigmentation is not a welcome choice, I saw some websites in the UK who i think would be good for andvanced hair loss sufferer like me than doing FUE.
  19. that is why i am confused based on some replies I see that I am not a good FUE candidate while 90% of the doctors I sent my pics to say I am, so confusing
  20. what confused me is that dr. bisnaga refused to operate saying i am not a good candidate that 2 years back. while all other doctors said they would. I sent those pics to many doctors, so now comes the time to chose, so I wanted besides taking the opinion of the doctors to take the opinion of people on this forum as for body hair actually is not strong a a lot is there I was given a tempting offer from doctor Hagan Dookani which I might ask them to re-offer Please don't misunderstand me, when I looked at Dr Tejinder Bhatti site, and saw the results, I don't see the same great results as I see from other doctors, maybe could that be to the realistic results that one might get while others only post their best results, the results on Dr Tejinder Bhatti with my level of baldness is not what I hope for or look for especially the hairlines, please no offence intended
  21. Hello guys I have been on this forum for so many years, I want to do the HT but I always draw back, I have reached a situation that is unbearable so please help in answering few questions, 1- Do you think with my baldness level I can achieve good results with FUE 2- Do you think Scalp pigmentation would be better in my case if FUE can't give good results 3- Or wearing a hair system might be a solution 4- What level of baldness am I 5- How many grafts do I need 6- Which physician do you recommend ( please note I can not afford the high price in the US or in Belgium ) I simply can't take it anymore I am so devastated from hair loss and it is affecting me so deeply, I simply need a solution
  22. its just my post put me in a situation where i am afraid if go to do HT and something went wrong I will be always reminded about my crazy post here, and take it against me instead of supporting me
  23. Hello Bill cant you delete this thread for me, as really I regretted posting it in the first place, and I want you please to delete it completely. This thread is useless and not worth to be on the site.
  24. You seem to be one of the nicest around here, and I hear only good about your practice
  25. I have a question about body hair, if you take follicles from your body they are usually short and don't become longer on your body. So you take those hairs and transplant them on you skull will the grow longer than they were on your body.
