Yeah i agree with the above post I don't see a problem in taking them out and puting single hoarse in the hairline to soften the look. the only problem with pitting is if your doctor doesn't put the grafts in properly but if you go to a good physician that shouldn't be a problem.

Can a surgeon remove 2's and 3's from my hairline and place a 1 hair graft? I heard pitting could be a problem? What if I electrolysis the hairs and then plant new graft? What are my options?

 

This time, go with a hairline specialist because you could be wasting more money, donor resources, and time with this repair session. There are considerations that you will need to make (e.g. reducing the volume of the old grafts). Also, the survival rate of old grafts is typically lower when reinserted onto the scalp.
