In considering what could have gone wrong, and I know this might be mundane but did you smoke cigarettes or did drugs post procedure ? Since there is not any hard and solid evidence interconnecting smoking and poor hair growth. Again I might be very naive even mentioning this. I smoke and it did not affect my results in any way.
