*VIDEO* Feller & Bloxham: Complete Rebuild of Top with 3,000 Grafts

Hi,

Dr Feller and Dr Bloxham asked me to post this interesting case for them. They said that most online results show transplants done in the hairline or the crown, but you don't see a lot of results showing work just in the top. But it is a common problem we see in the clinic, so there are probably a lot of patients online who want to see it as well.

So here is a video showing a rebuild of the top with 3,000 grafts.

Here are the pictures.

Here is the top shot:

And here Dr Feller separated the patient's own hair from the transplants to show it's not a comb over. The hair you see combed down is all transplants:

And here is a picture showing the patient before, right after surgery, and grown out 10 months later:

Enjoy,

I think these are good honest photos they show the hair combed in different styles and it looks like he's got good coverage and to me looks very natural. good job. I enjoy seeing the actual videos by Feller and Bloxham they give good insight to what was done on the patient.

I've seen guys with what looks like normal hairlines with moderate or even no real loss but thinning on the top like this guy and worse. The problem is that it isn't talked about much but you said it is common. I think you're right so why don't we see more cases like this? Again, good job!

I think it's because cases like these, while equally important, simply don't have the "wow factor" that a case involving stuffing 2k+ grafts in the frontal third does.

Congrats to the patient though, nicely done docs.

This is an excellent result to get in one visit. He must be happy. The videos are really useful to. More doctors should start using this medium.

Thank you Scotty. He is quite happy. We will be posting more videos as we get the time. Are their any particular kinds of videos you would like to see? Thank you for commenting.
