He is stable on finasteride. All grafts harvested and placed by the physician. Senior Member HairLostYears Posted December 30, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 30, 2015 In pic 4 especially, it looks as if the area behind the frontal island where the temple thinning "connects" would need addressing as well. Pic 6 shows that this area was left untouched, but it doesn't noticeably stand out to me as an area of need like I thought it would when shaved. Weird. I'm a bit worse off than this guy overall, but have the same fairly strong frontal island. I'll need more grafts, unfortunately. Cases like this make me optimistic though. Nice job.
