Hello everyone

 

I have recently paid the deposit for a hair transplant in Chang Mai in January for around 3000-3500 grafts.

 

I looked into having it done with Dr Path but this was working out to a large amount of money which was out of my budget.

 

I have had lots of emails to and from Dr Pong, and he generally seems to be very helpfull and on the ball. His answers to all my questions have been the exact same as the answers Dr Path provided.

 

Has anybody on this forum had a procedure with Dr Pong, and if so what was your general opinion of it?

 

I have been told I will need 2 procedures as I am an NW6, one procedure to restore a high hair line, working back to mid scalp, and a further procedure to fill in the top, with some coverage of the crown.

 

I'm only 31 years old so am going for a relative mature hairline, don't want a full head of hair, but enough to not get noticed in a negative way.

Appreciate any opinions and thoughts on my plan

I never heard of this doctor before.

I had surgery with him 5 years ago. I had amazing growth. Better than I had with a coalition member here. Also my scar was nearly invisible. My scar after my second surgery with a coalition doctor was way bigger. I had to have FUE put into it. You will have a good result guaranteed. Don't worry.

 

Also just search Dr. Pong on this site. There are more people that had surgery with him. They aren't responding bc they are living their life with hair now most likely. No need to visit here anymore. I had additional lost that is why I'm still here. If I could go back in time I would have had my second surgery with Dr. Pong not just my first. But I was in the USA and didn't want to take the long flight.

I just came across this post and thought I'd give a big thumbs up for Dr Pong and his work.

I had my HT surgery done with him last year and I am very happy with the outcome. Like densedream said, check out his web site and look around on this forum to see some of his work.

If I need or decide to have another procedure (which is likely) in the future Dr Pong will be my first choice because I have complete confidence in him and his team and I had a great experience with them. Try not to be nervous and relax because I'm sure good results are just around the corner for you.
