Hair spray and wax

Hey guys,

My post op care notes don't detail when it's ok to use hair products. Things like hair spray and wax, how long after surgery (fue) do you think it's ok to use these? My hair loss is diffused so I'd be using the products all over the hair that existed before the transplant and it will presumably also cover the recipient area (no growth yet).

3.5 months post op.

Thanks guys

It's safe to start using styling products after about 10 days post-op so at 3.5 months there is no cause for concern.

I agree...no issues at all at this point in time post-op. Just curious, how many grafts did you do?

You are right on the threshold of seeing some regrowth so best wishes to you and let us know how things are progressing for you...;)

Slightly off topic - but I just discovered a "dry wax" by Enjoy and it's amazing. So now that you've got this new hair about to come in, have fun with some new hair products if you want. :)
