Regular Member DancesWithHair Posted July 31, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted July 31, 2015 I wanted to ask the forum users if they have used this product? Would this product be good to use after a HT or is this a daily pill I should taking? Thanks for any information and replies. http://www.amazon.com/Natrol-Maximum-Strength-Tablets-100-Count/dp/B004H7GB9G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1438302462&sr=8-1&keywords=Natrol+Biotin+10%2C000+mcg+Maximum+Strength+Tablets%2C+100-Count
Senior Member Spanker Posted July 31, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2015 Biotin is only really good if you are deficient in it. If not, your body will expel it and there's no benefit. 1 I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. Dr Blake Bloxham
I take 1,000 mcg of it daily. Makes my hair and nails grow really quickly! Otherwise, don't think it does too much. Haha. Senior Member TommyLucchese Posted July 31, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2015 On and off. Couldn't tell you if it makes any difference or not to be honest but quite a few people say it makes their hair thicker and healthier. 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week. Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon
