The title was wrong by one year and a day.

Congrats! Looks good. Work looks very good! Regarding fin, you have been on 15 years? Doesn't look you have maintained hairs by fin usage. Maybe its because your hair is really short in the pre-ops. Do you have any pics showing your hair grown out? Just curious to see how fin has helped you the past 15 years

Crown looks virtually empty but what I can make out from the pre op pics donor looks average. Better pre op pics would be helpful

I had amazing result 3-4 years after I started propecia. But the result declined from year 8-9 and are very slowly getting worse. I am still just above or maybe at baseline today 15 years after i started taking meds.

Dr. Hakan told me that I shouldnt expect full coverage in my crown. As you can see I have very little hair left on my crown.

Attached is a pre op picture in worst possible lighting.

That looks good! You have a solid hair line with crown loss. Mid scalp looks thin though. I see Dr Hakan has placed grafts in all bald and thinning areas. I am sure your result will be great! Do you have the graft count? In terms of grouping?

I go a bit concerned here.

How will the healing and survival rate of the transplanted grafts be influenced by getting sick after a HT procedure?

I am now day 4 post op and and have gotten the good ol man flue. (The one thats almost as painfull as a child birth) I got sore throat, chest pain and fever.

Day 6 post op.

Loosing a lot of crust and scabbing from my head. I dont like it, because most of the crust have tiny hairs in them. :( Should I be worried?

Donor area doesnt look good either. Still read and very sore.

Pics from today (Day6)

Edit: Added a high resulution pictures of all the scabs and crust on top of my head. Does it looks normal ?

Day 10

Everything is coming along very nicely with regards to healing.

I am VERY disappointed with Dr. Hakan Doganay lack of response to my email post op. I have sent them several emails with questions after the procedure and they havent replayed on a single email yet.

Pre op (and before they got my money) the responded within a hour for all the emails i sent. Coincidence ?

I am of course not very happy with the density of hair midscalp. I really hope the final result will have more density then this.

Attached some pictures. IT looks alot better in real life.
