However, he felt that his hairline was thinning and wanted to fill in the thinned areas of the frontal hairline and temples. He received 204 single grafts, 466 double grafts, and 214 big grafts, for a total count of 874 grafts He is very happy with the improvement in his hairline and is about 10 months postop. Adding that peak just makes the hairline look as if its on its way out.
