This is a good example of what great caliber and color can do for a result, and shows that it really is a lot more than just the number of grafts/hairs. Most people can not expect a result like this out of 3k grafts, because most people (myself included) do not have the hair/skin characteristics of this gentleman, which seem to be about as good as they come. It's so strange to see some doctors use 3000 grafts just around the temples and hairline and then see this kind of result all over a completely slick bald head.
