Senior Member Spanker Posted May 30, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2014 Nice case and great yield but the fellow seems to be progressing quite rapidly and the signs were there before the first surgery that the forelock area would need to be reinforced. I think that another touch up will better his look. This case has been posted before and I think that it was brought up that the gentleman was considering another procedure. Edit: I see that he is on fin as well. This is a good example where fin doesn't always stop hair loss.
