Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted May 28, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 28, 2014 30 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,357 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 500 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 200 grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions (90 degree blade) to recreate temporal peaks, 900 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade ) incisions in the front, 457 grafts in the top, and 300 grafts in the crown. It is not a wow result obviously due to the density, but you stretched those grafts as far as they could go. A subsequent session of the same size would really make a great case.
