Minor hair loss, considering Shapiro for FUE - thoughts?

I have minor Level II hair loss with some crown thinning and I was looking at US surgeons (I can't go to Europe for work-related reasons, so that's out of the question for a while). What are the thoughts on Shapiro for FUE work?

I'll try to post some pics later. Haven't been on meds and honestly I don't want to go that route. Finastride's side effects aren't something I'm willing to take a chance with and rogaine needs a commitment and I'm not good at those.

For people unwilling to go on fin, my personal recommendation is to wait unit you are at a level 3 or 2A and transplant at that level and also stay out of of the crown. It is an unpopular opinion, but if I really think the vast majority of people who won't get on fin are best served to skip the transplant, unless they are already very advanced or in their mid-40's with very minor loss.

I personally would wait until I had the time/money for a European FUE surgeon like lorenzo, bisanga, Feriduni, Erdogan etc but that is just me.

SMG is turning out great Fue work, after all the research I've done they are on my very short list. I met two patients of theirs, the naturalness of the hairlines were superb. You will be in good hands in my opinion.
