How did collegues react when your grafts all fell out....

I noticed from people that have had HT's in the front and midsection that in the first two weeks or so they have the illusion of a full head of hair at the front where all the grafts have been implanted, but by the fourth week or so all the grafts have fallen out and they look quite bald (i.e. into the Ugly Duckling stage).

When you are trying to keep your HT a secret, I would have thought this sudden transformation must look quite strange to work colleagues and wonder whether people got any comments about this at work?

I had shed most of the hairs by the time I returned to work.

My advice: fcuk em! Just shave it close and say you wondered what it would look like, then laugh of any comments before changing the subject. Most people don't care anyway.

I have about as bad a working environment as it gets, a big open plan hot-desking, low partition and bright light environment.

The trouble comes when it starts to grow. In general it is only the bald or balding guys who will ask what you did.
