No, this was his first surgery!

That looks really good. However, this patient has had an HT before. (An a bad one at that). You can see the FUT scar and the recipient site as well when shaven shows sign of an HT.

Sorry, there was a misunderstanding.

 

I meant that it was his first operation with us; but he actually had a FUT operation with another clinic, getting a poor and unsatisfactory result.
