For the first surgery we choose a conservative approach: 1601 FU’s (3463 hairs; 2.16 hairs/unit; 0.8 mm punch; 54-60 microns of hair). After 2 years he came again to increase the density in frontal and middle area, 1601 FU’s (3463 hairs; 2.1 hair per graft; 0.8 mm punch; 54-60 microns, hair thickness).
