This patient is in his mid 30's and been on Finasteride for four years This case was never really straightforward simply because the patient had very poor quality donor hair and fine in texture (48 microns ) Two procedures were undertaken of 3223 FUE which yielded 7,322 hairs 2.28 hairs per graft and a 0.8mm punch was used.
