Senior Member Dr. Richard Keller Posted February 12, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 12, 2014 28 year old with a "WOW" transformation at 9 months post-op. Patient had 3,350 grafts and had good donor laxity and density. He is very happy with how natural his results look. Comments welcome. Senior Member garethbale Posted February 15, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 15, 2014 Superb result, Dr Keller! Its astonishing to think that a guy with pretty severe loss can get the appearance of a near full head of hair in such a modest number of grafts. The level of temporal recession looks natural and yet the hairline looks intact. Will he have enough donor left to go in again if necessary? Is he on any medication to preserve his remaining native hair?

Senior Member Dr. Richard Keller Posted February 19, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 19, 2014 Thank you everyone for your positive comments. Garethbale- This patient does have ample donor hair for future procedures and has been stabilized on medication. I recommend that my patients take Propecia, and use Rogaine x2 daily and Nizoral shampoo weekly if medically appropriate.
