    I've seen much better results from Arocha. I'm struggling to decide which are the before and which are the after photos. Maybe the before hairstyle skews the picture too much to assess.

    True but the clinic photos are all you need to assess the brilliance of the result... I don't really care whether Can't Decide is inept at photography. I'm just happy for his brilliant result. However, the Photo Police is needed for clinics/people who have no fair photos for comparison.

    There are only two reasons I do not believe this result 1 2700 grafts do not produce that density going from a NW5 heading to NW6 2 Meds do not regrow an entire crown There is a reason we all smell a rat here.

    For anyone who whines about Can't Decides photos, here is the page to see. Pre-Op HT # 2 - cantdecide And can't decide, you'll get it done....you know, I know it. Probably one of the greatest results ever? Bring it home with one more....

    Have you got any better pictures of the hairline. I'm interested to know how many grafts there are in each of those zig zags. I can see about 5 which worries me.

    Dr Diep can do good work. Why he sometimes uses this zig zag hairline is beyond me. None of the top surgeons use such extreme zig zags which should tell you something.

    Dr Rashid Rashid in Houston is your man. For 20k, he will probably come in on the weekend to do your urgent surgery.

    To answer your question, no worthwhile surgeon will operate on you. You will however be able to find some hack who will take your money. Go to whoever has the shortest waiting list and offers you the biggest discount

    Biscuit is my favourite ever Hasson and Wong result. This man might also end up with an excellent results looking at this early growth.

    So much crafty combing in the before and after photos, it's impossible to assess this accurately.

    Can you share the Farjo results that convinced you to go there? Farjo has bad reviews as do all surgeons. A quick google is all it takes. What has always worried me is the lack of any great results from either of them. Yet they are recommended on this site. Lorenzo seems to be better than both of them!

    Now this is a great result, especially for the number of grafts. The video does it justice.
