This pacient previously underwent a strip technique surgery in Italy, obtaining a poor and unsatisfying result. Follicular units were implanted too much in deep and with a insufficient density; moreover, the direction of exit of transplanted hair was wrong. Dr Koray Erdogan re-built the patient's frontine working with native and transplanted hair, hiding the plugs of the previous surgery and increasing the general naturalness of the result.

What caused the discolorization on the prior recipient zone? I hope we can get a follow up from the clinic on this.

 

That is the craziest hair count I have ever seen. Is there a story behind that?

 

I agree that the hairline is too agressive, but again, it could be pt demands and also needed to cover the old work.
