Senior Member BaldingBogger Posted November 30, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 30, 2013 Hi All, I had a FUE procedure around 15 months ago over 2 days. The growth as come in well in the frontal hairline bit. However i still have a large thin area behind that on my vertex in the transplanted area. My question is can i expect more growth / thickening in this area at this stage? Or should i be going for a touch up now? My clinic has offered to touch it up free of charge so no worries there. Just want to know if i should wait to maybe 18 months or so to give it more of a chance to improve. Thanks
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted November 30, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 30, 2013 At this stage, I'd say you're not likely to see significant improvement in a large thin area. It's safe at this stage to start discussing a second pass with your physician. David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
