Senior Member Dr.Thomas Rosanelli Posted August 30, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 30, 2013 This patient had a total of 1,434 grafts done over one session by strip harvesting. Multiple hair follicular units were placed in the crown area. Photos shown below are pre-op and post-op. Post-op photo was taken 3 years after one session. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted August 30, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 30, 2013 Nice work! However, I have a question: when you say "multiple hair grafts" are you stating that 2,3, and 4 hair follicular unit grafts were used in the crown region, or multiple follicular units grafts (grafts containing more than one follicular unit) were used? Thanks! Senior Member Spanker Posted September 3, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 3, 2013 Nice. Low number of grafts and a natural look after 3 years. Lucky guy. Senior Member Dr.Thomas Rosanelli Posted September 3, 2013 Author Senior Member Share Posted September 3, 2013 Grafts are growing from posterior misdscalp all the way to the crown and that is probably what you are looking at.
