This 27 y/o male three years ago had a session by Dr. Pawlinga of 1486 grafts, consisting of 1486 FU's and 410 MFU grafts. His hair was very fine and the donor density was slightly below average. He returned for additional density at the time of the "after" photos shown here.

How many total grafts was this. Was the 1486 including the DFU'S? How many grafts did he get this time around. Very appropriate plan for a young guy.

A very subtle but perceptible improvement. This is a great example for young guys who need to understand what realistic expectations look like.

Nice and realistic approach. Since this man is very young, he actually restored his hair not grew it like it's from a 18 year old. Donor hair should be kept as much as possible for potential HTs since in coming years hair will only fall off, not regrow. Thus this solution is the best for almost every thinker who is about to do a HT. Thanks for nice photos!
