This 42 year old male came in to our clinic three years ago and had a single surgical session of 1380 grafts, consisting of 425 DFU grafts and 955 FU grafts, for a total of 3854 hairs. This 33 year old man presented to Dr. Pawlinga 2 years ago and has had two sessions, totaling together 2467 grafts (5173 hairs), mostly placed in the frontal area where his thinning was worse. He had 2320 FU grafts and 147 DFU grafts. His "after" photos were taken one year after his second session. The one photo showing the recipient sites already made was taken during his first surgery. This 34 year old has had 2 procedures with me of approximately 2,500 FU's. He has very fine hair as noted.

This 64 year old female came in for enhancement of her frontal and temporal regions. The photos were taken the day after her surgery.

This 36 y/o male came to Dr. Pawlinga for his first hair surgery in April of 2013 and recently visited us, and we took his photos a year later after one pass of 2041 FU's. This patient comes in 14 months after his HT# 1 for follow-up. He had 1,732 FUs with the following breakdown: ~ 20% 1 hairs ~ 50% 2 hairs ~ 30% 3 hairs

This is a 53 year old gentleman who came in for HT #1. We performed a forelock on him of 1.290 total grafts. His donor density was less than average and I also had to leave a 2.5 cm wide pillar at the junction of his occipital and ® lateral donor site due to thin hair and questionable coverage. I did obtain 1,180 follicular units and 110 double follicular units.

This 25 year old male comes in for frontal temporal hair restoration. He had one procedure with 1,003 follicular units and 100 double follicular units placed.

This 62 year old male comes in for HT #1. He had 1,127 follicular units and 400 double follicular units for a total of 1,527 grafts. Results shown were at 1 year later.

This 55 year old gentleman comes in for HT 1 wanting to thicken up the front 2/3. He had 1,300 FUs and 150 DFUs. The results shown are just over 15 months.

This 46 year old male comes in for hair restoration session #1. He had 1,792 FUs and 275 DFUs for a total of 2,067 grafts. These picture are 12 months after the session.

This very pleasant 50 year old gentleman comes in for a small case of 1,000 follicular units. His hair is coarse and he had approximately 40% 1 hairs and 60% 2 hairs.

This 56 year old gentleman comes in for his first hair restoration and I used 790 follicular units surrounding 300 double follicular units. His result shown is just about 6 months out from his procedure.

This patient has had 3 sessions of 4,626 grafts total. 4,033 grafts were follicular units and 593 grafts were double follicular units.

This 36 yo gentleman comes in for HT #1 requesting a fill in of his frontal temporal area. These pictures are immediately postop. His percentages were approximately 20% 1 hairs and 50% 2 hairs and 30% 3 hairs. Will follow up at 12 months with his results.

Spanker, Sorry about the mathematical goof. It was a total of 1720 grafts, which came out to 5022 hairs. The number you referred to was the number of FU's put in. Suzanne J.

This 27 y/o male three years ago had a session by Dr. Pawlinga of 1486 grafts, consisting of 1486 FU's and 410 MFU grafts. His hair was very fine and the donor density was slightly below average. [ATTACH]47478[/ATTACH]28 year old female comes in for restoration of bilateral alopecia as seen. She had her first case of 1,341 grafts with the following densities: ~10% 1 hairs ~50% 2 hairs ~40% 3 hairs Results are at just under 1 year.

This 68 year old very pleasant male had his 1st procedure of 1,602 grafts done on 3/2011 and his second procedure of 1,060 grafts done on 5/2012. His donor yielded: ~25% 1 hairs ~60% 2 hairs ~15% 3 hairs He came in yesterday (6/27) to show me his results and he indicated that he may want some work in the crown.

This 32 year old man first came to us in the summer of 2009 and had two relatively small sessions by Dr. Pawlinga, directed toward the front "shelf" of his head, where he was deeply receding and his hairline was rising.
