HDC Hair Transplant Clinic - Dr. Maras – Front 2400 FUE grafts and Scar revision 300

Hello everybody,

below you can see the 7 months progress of a frontal third hair restoration and a Strip scar disguise procedure by Dr.Maras who is the medical director of HDC hair transplant clinic and was supported by the rest of HDC's medical team. The result photos were posted in another non English language forum by the patient who has been sharing his experience since day 1.

The patient had a Strip procedure in the past elsewhere, with minimum growth that left him with an unwanted hairline and a scar at the donor area. The plan was to safely extract as many as needed scalp FUE grafts from his donor area in order to restore the frontal third and to disguise the scar as well.

Finally 2700 grafts were extracted over two consecutive days in order to cover both, the front with 2400 grafts and the scar with 300 grafts.

The patient was using finasteride and minoxidil long before his hair transplant, performed at HDC.

Regards

Alex

Generally a good result. However, it looks at though he has some cobblestoning in the hairline.

Hi Nick153452,

You have a point. I think this is cause by the way the hair is combed and from the lighting of the photo.

If I can get some more lifestyle photos I will post them.

It was just head hair . I mean even on scar

Hi fueonly

All the hair in this case are scalp hair. We have used 2400 grafts for the frontal third and 300 scalp donor grafts on the scar.

Definitely an improvement. I notice that the scar now appears darker than the surrounding hair. Perhaps the density is too high?

Hi Xtatic,

These are the photos that the patient has posted. In one of them it looks like darker but we need to examine in person in order to answer your question.

We are in Cyprus and patient is in Spain. He posts his case in the Spanish forum and that is from where we got the photos.

I will get back if I can get some more info on this subject.

Dr. Maras has proven to us based on the results posted that he is one of the BEST scar revision via FUE HT surgeons. He got more example than any other doctor in this forum. He is indeed the scar healer. Keep on posting AlexD, I really feel happy when I see stupid FUT scars being covered and concealed. They are such a burden
