Yes, the recommendation is made for more grafts for some coverage on crown and to add to the density of the crown. We await the patients choice. Dr. Mohebi

Doc, good work, and I love when clinics have such specific details as about the patients pre op status (i.e hair line hairs, top hairs, crown hairs, donor etc...) I agree this patient could use more hair, and maybe focus on the front third a little more to really frame that face.

You are right. It helps me to plan for the future hair better when I document more precisely. It is also helpful when I see my patients from a few years back to know what exactly was done for them and how to proceed from here.
