Senior Member ALEXD Posted April 12, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted April 12, 2013 Hello Everybody, This is a special case that Dr. Maras and HDC’s medical team had to deal with, of a patient with poor donor area in terms of both density and naturally low number of hair per follicular unit. When the patient consulted us was wondering if possible to go ahead with FUE hair transplant as his expectation was a complete solution to his hair loss. The plan was to proceed with two FUE sessions extracting maximum number of grafts possible at each time. I am presenting the completion of his first procedure and photos of immediately post op the second. 1st Procedure: 3250 grafts 2nd Procedure: 2400 grafts No medication is been used Regards Alex BEFORE IMMEDIATELY AFTER 1ST PROCEDURE IMMEDIATELY POST OP DONOR 5 MONTHS POST OP 8 MONTHS POST OP 8 MONTHS POST OP SHAVED GRAFT DISTRIBUTION OF FIRST PROCEDURE IMMEDIATELY POST OP SECOND PROCEDURE Alex Demetriades International Patient Coordinator HDC Hair Transplant Clinic --------------------------------------------------- Dr. Maras is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network

Thanks. Hi Mickey85, We all want to see the final result as is a very interesting case. Dr Maras is using a manual punch and taking this opportunity below are two photos of the patient's donor area shaved after the first procedure and just before the second FUE procedure.
